Kronos Business Analyst in Mendota Heights, Minnesota

TAJ Technologies has a direct hire opportunity for a Kronos Business Analyst to support our client, a leader in the Telecommunications industry.

Job Responsibilities:
The Kronos application/environment will be upgraded and serve as a foundation for the overall PTRS project. This upgrade will allow client to access vendor support and scale appropriately. This project will support employee time entry and tracking in the US and Puerto Rico. This is an expense only effort.
 
Required Skills / Experience:
  1. Kronos v.6.1 and v6.2 WFC , WFTK, WFSO with excellent knowledge in Configuration, Timecard, People Record, Profiles, Administration, and Support of those application areas.
  2. Ability to work as a liaison with both the customer and developers.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Excellent object oriented analysis and design abilities. Experience using IBM Rational RequisitePro and HP Quality Center (ALM) in support of authoring System/Functional Requirements deliverables throughout the SDLC process.
  5. Excellent abilities in the design and creation of system test plans and test cases which support the test plans.
  6. Excellent SQL development skills used in support of testing and trouble-shooting custom solutions.
  7. Must be able to work independently and work well as a team member.
  8. Must have the ability to facilitate/lead their own meetings, communicate status of project work.
  9. Knowledge of custom integration of Kronos v.6.1 and v.6.2 with PeopleSoft/PeopleTools v.8.52 a plus!
